I have had little else to due over the last year but to ponder the above questions and others. The electric scooter market no longer generates enough quality products to support a testing and reporting service like ESW. We are, in fact, disgusted with the current PEV manufacturers, who are unable to see what type of PEV products will open the US market, or they could careless, since profits can be made selling junk here and in their home markets. I am thinking perhaps I need to move from being a person who "watches what happens" to a person who "makes things happen". Unless things change dramatically in terms of the emergence of new products, 2007 will be the last year that ESW will be a non-bias, independent testing and reporting service. We will try to bring to market products that we have criticize others for failing to do so. We will walk the walk, and not just talk the talk! Stay tuned! J.B.
